"Very good"
Room was well equipped and kept very well. The free pastries in the morning were great to get you going before heading out for brunch. Nice area. Felt very safe. Nice and close Uber to Universal Studios which is why we based ourselves at this motel.

Small motel, located in a safe area 10 minutes drive from Universal Studios and ten minutes walk from Warner Bros. Studios. The room was a reasonable size with 2 queen size beds wide enough for four. A nice bonus is the hot drinks machine in the lobby which is available free of charge 24/7 as well as the high quality and varied sweet pastries that are waiting every morning for the guests to enjoy. It's not breakfast but allows you to start the morning in a pleasant way on a full stomach. There are few restauranrs around. The staff is charming and helpful as much as they can.

We recently spent our last night here before going home after a month long holiday in the States and it was a nice way to end our trip. Staff member at reception was so lovely - I believe his name was Kamal (apologies if incorrect) he was super friendly and lovely to deal with. One of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was its proximity to Warner Bros Studios as we had tour tickets. Was about a 10min walk so very convenient. The Mexican restaurant right next door was delicious. That was very convenient. The room was nice, vibrant, comfortable and clean. Considering our short stay we didn’t experience pool or coffee machine but nice they were there. Overall we were super happy with our stay here. Thank you

Great location for Universal, free parking, free 24 tea and coffee facilities plus pastries on a morning. Staff super friendly and helpful. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door.

The hotel was clean inside the rooms & the outside on the property grounds. It was a great location (6 minute drive to Universal Studios). Very quiet with comfortable beds. The Bonus was Allison at the front desk upon arrival! She had great energy with a quick check in for a late arrival 10 pm).

Loved the vintage vibe , great location , room was great , reception lady was lovely (we gave her cake ) , and they have the best hot drinks machine to have complementary drinks x free pastries and drinks for breakfast. Great beds and everything clean

The front desk staff was very friendly during every interaction. The location was close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Which was why we picked this hotel. The room was clean and the back parking lot was easy to find.

The location was perfect on a good neighborhood, very close to Warner Bros Studios. You can park at the hotel courtyard or on the next street behind the hotel.

Location was perfect for this lovely little part of LA. Very friendly. Great Mexican and Japanese restaurants on the same block. Rooms were clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Breakfast consisted of good quality pastries plus tea and coffee.

It's a well-run hotel! The staff was super friendly and professional, and there were many great restaurants within walking distance, the all-important SBUX a couple of blocks away, parking was FREE and great, and the parking lot was well-lit and secure. The cleaning staff did great, and the morning pastries were GOOD. I'd stay again, and thanks!

The staff. KAMAL, MICHAEL and Josh were so welcoming. I really enjoyed talking to then. Kamal was so helpful and gave me some good places to visit...ie Solvang, CA! I Liked the coffee machine dispenser and the morning treat..Danishes and other small breaded goodies. My room was large. The pillows were soft and so comfy. Location was great...I walked to many places and so many restaurants to select. The Hollywood sign was a quick 11 min drive.

Above and beyond expectations. Firstly the staff are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful when I was having trouble checking in (all my fault), was very accommodating with my issue and it was resolved quickly. I was made to feel at home immediately. Reception has a modern coffee machine that has a big range, and the range of pastries for breakfast are also delicious, all included. Every staff member I met was very friendly and got to know me by name. The location is perfect for Universal and the Burbank/Hollywood area and it's a short walk to Warner Brothers. The room is modern and spotless and the beds are very comfy. The pool is a nice touch after a hot day in the sun. Also free parking is very helpful. I will book here again.
